Bay Area (Reuters) – California congress declined a bill on Monday that will have disincorporated Vernon, a little city near La where excessive salaries of some authorities attracted the interest of researchers.The condition Senate declined Set up Speaker John Perez’s bill on the 17-13 election, with lots of of his fellow Dems, who control the Senate, abstaining.
